If for any reason your new shoes aren't quite the perfect match, don’t worry – we accept returns for a store credit. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.
Please use the link here to access your customer account. We will only accept returned item(s) that have been logged here.
Toosï provides a store credit on all full price and sale items returned within 30 days from the original purchase date provided they meet the following conditions:
- Item(s) are in pristine condition, have not been worn or damaged and have only been tried on a carpeted surface
- Item(s) remain in their original condition, complete with all packaging including shoe box
- Item(s) are returned safely in a protective manner via postal service
- Return shipping costs are payable by the customer
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Accessories
- Item(s) marked as Final Sale
Returned item(s) will be inspected upon receipt and may be rejected if they do not meet the required conditions. Toosï reserves the right to refuse returns that exceed the return period or are not in their original condition. If this occurs, the package will be returned to the customer, and any shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. The store credit does not cover the outbound shipping fee.
